Here I plan to post all the relevant documents, court papers, arguments, and legal theories that support interstate child kidnapping resulting in the child snatching parent being given sole, permanent physical custody without notice to  the left behind parent in contravention of the Uniform Child Custody Act, and the Parental Kidnapping Prevention ACT, (PKPA) and then being awarded retroactive child support in reward for the crimes.
Please comment in "General", as I want to present this in a coherent, cohesive manner.
